that shouldn't be a reason why feminism is bad or wrong or whatever. it should be an issue which is dealt with to produce change for men who do get shafted as you say. Same as women are trying to make changes to things where theyre getting shafted daily.

I get the need for people to stand up for each other but if you're only basis of discrimination is gender, Genders will be discriminated against. So don't trash MRA's unless you're willing to give up feminism.

Feminism, by definition doesn't give a fuck about men. Which is fine, if they stay out of men's issues. They don't. Armchair feminism might, in theory, respect men, once women have everything they want but we both know *that* never happens.

I have not expressed my opinion on the whole thread yet, so here it is:
There are no philosophical, ethical, religious and political doctrines, which were never discredited by stupid and/or dishonest followers. Feminism is not exception. But doctrine is not the thing to be blamed for people's actions, if it does not clearly say to do what they're doing. Suffragettes, 1960-s vawe, even communism (no matter how much I hate this one) did a lot for women over the globe, including topicstarter. However a part of modern feministic movement looks horrible. Sometimes, when I am in conspiracy mood, I even think those groups are created by sexist males to destroy real feminism. But more likely such movements and personalities are products of western socialism and judiciary. Explanation is simple as that: minorities in that system just exploit such themes to gain popularity, power or other resources. Yes, a few lunatics, who really believe in "female>male" crap join them, but mostly it is just frauds exploiting system flaws. It has absolutely nothing to do with scary future in emancipated women's world, which I believe won't be scary at all. Get rid of such things as "moral damage" and "insult" in your law and you won't see peeing and barbie problem anymore. Lunatics without the smart ones won't bother anyone too much. As for feminism in general, world still needs it, including Europe.
I found out I have a little sexist inside of me too (the male>female one), when I read "Wasp factory". That was an unexpected discovery. But what should I expect from men, when even I, 23yo emancipated libertarian woman raised by liberals, was not able to get through centuries of different treatment yet? Genders are not equal yet and it will take a while for them to become.

Meanwhile, women who aren't occupied pittying themselves because the whole world is set against them go on to achieve plenty of success. Victim mentality is a big part of why women on average achieve less, and modern feminism is all about perpetuating that mentality.

Women have equal responsibility and credit for humanity progressing to where it is today. They didn't do the same shit men did getting us here (a few did, but the same is true in converse, Yin-Yang). Exception is the function of the fractal of truth.

The party line of feminism is as asinine as any party line. It ignores the truth of reality for a witty quip that gets passed on by the ignorant majority because it sounds nice. Just like Right/Left brain ideology, the idea that you only use %10 of your brain, the idea that going outside in the cold makes you sick or anything the GOP, religion, or media says.

The true inequality is class. No gap between races or genders will come near that gap except which are inherent to said gap. Here you have about 85 White and Jewish men who, collectively, could buy the whole fucking world. The only reason they don't is because they couldn't divide it up any better than they already have.

It's not a patriarchy any more than it is simply that those guys 'won'. You don't have to like it, but don't blame men for trying to get a piece of the pie and not sharing it with you if you don't put out or otherwise make yourself useful (and this applies, regardless of gender).

Or you know, cry about "equality" and see how many handouts you get. I don't want to hear shit about how everyone on the highway gives money to the vet and ignores you, though. There's no fucking way you're his equal, ever. Get the fuck over it. As my drill seargent said, "Shit in one hand, wish in the other and find out which fills up faster."

"Created equal" means BORN equal. Equal opportunity to prove yourself. When you prove yourself worthless, it's not equality to treat you like the princess you aren't. Once you're an adult, your equality can suck my rich fat white cock.
