Please don't rage me for posting these.

Anyways, they basically described in the video, Haven and Hearth, in America, plus witches. It sounds pretty awesome, I can't wait for more info.

Also, discuss the image.

That art style is nice. It's not super high end 3D, but it's clean and bright and looks good for what it is. I'm really looking forward to this.

It's so.... Cute! :?

One of the reasons I love H&H so much is the small user base, It really feels like a community here, and that will be ruined when a lot of people play. I understand the fact that it's all about business and money though....

well maybe if Jorb and loftar are kind enough they will keep old h&h and not turn it into a horrible looking 3d mmo like in that video. Then the carebears can play new H&H and the people who dont want douchebag carebear cutsey theme can keep playing as we are now.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

"The lead designer for it is Brother Bean.

For those of you who loved his writing (dark humour style in the events of V2 & Heir to the Throne)
you would have a great time following this game. "

"9:19 EST: Salem takes place in a "light-hearted gothic setting with a charming and cute art-style."
The colonists use alchemy to aid in crafting, farming and building their settlements. PvP combat plays a big part of the game,
and there’s permanent death. I’ll find out exactly what that means when I see more later today. The creatures in the game are based
on colonist folklore, and includes creates like Squonks, Hidebehinds and witches."

"At today’s press conference, Paradox Interactive announced their new free-to-play area: Paradox Connect.
A central hub for all the company’s free-to-play games, it will be the destination of choice for gamers who wish to play any of the free games that Paradox have announced."
