Several reasons.

1) I did not want rampant speculation about an impending world reset because of the new system.
2) That is precisely what the Inner Party is for. Critique where I can actually read it without having to read hundred of pages of bawwing and bitching.

Several people on the party suggested that we make the test server public, however.
