Got it while fishing. Google search doesn't reveal much information on it, guess I'll tell you what it gives me exactly.

Okay, but no information about it either.

Old Boot is a world 5/6 curio. Noone ever bothered adding it to Wiki probably because it is pretty rare. Jorb "claimed" that whenever someone drowned with Ranger boots on that spot would yield an old boot while fishing but I think he was bullshitting.
