That is definitely how quality works in HnH. On Quality 40, you usually get double the value, on 90 triple, on 160 quadruple, 250 quintuple, and so on.

Since at Q10 it gives +2, at Q120 it would be somewhere between 3 and 4 times that value, and according to his calculations (which gave the exact same value as mine when I did them), a Q120 would give +6 cooking.
