Yeah, it's fake - there is no way his mum/dad, would let him have that at his age! Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to tattoo a minor, it is in my country anyway.

I think it's all fine and dandy in America/Canada as long you have parental permission plus I'm sure there's plenty of people out there that aren't even legally tattoo artists that will work on anyone who pays. Although these days it's not that out of the ordinary for someone so young to be allowed to get a tattoo by their parents regardless of how it looks (personally though I feel tattoos should only be gotten if there is some sort of meaning behind what you want to get in the first place)
