I think it's all fine and dandy in America/Canada as long you have parental permission

Really, that's interesting. The reasoning behind it here is that lots of things seem cool when you're a child that don't ten years later, like playing on railway tracks for example.

plus I'm sure there's plenty of people out there that aren't even legally tattoo artists that will work on anyone who pays.

Yes, I'm sure that's true over here as well. I had a male friend a few years back who lived with a learning tattoo artist, the guy used my friend to practice on - big mistake on my friends part! They are not good! Fast forward seven years and he now hates them! As they cover both arms and both legs he now can't go sleeveless or wear shorts in the summer, he feels, and it's the biggest regret of his life so far. :(

Although these days it's not that out of the ordinary for someone so young to be allowed to get a tattoo by their parents regardless of how it looks (personally though I feel tattoos should only be gotten if there is some sort of meaning behind what you want to get in the first place)

I think some tattoos can be beautiful, others not so much. I have a cousin who is tattood from head to foot, with a huge union jack on his shaved head, he is a quiet, lovely guy but he looks like a thug!
I have one myself, but it's tiny, a little heart with tendrils and a leaf - it's hard to describe - on my shoulder, most people don't even notice it - and yes, it does signify an event in my life.

Wow, you don't look 18 at all! Let's hope this 'looking young' continues until it's prositive
But it's (kinda) good you don't pick on judgements, happy for you. Also, I posted that because my face had the exact same expression just because you really looked like a 14 year-old with a tattoo haha

ps nice drawing skills :)
Hope you have a great day
