Second guy wasn't screened since he decided to drown himself. He had both more UA and Agility then the guy he was fighting (1v1) yet still turn tail and ran after he charged twice... :/

I thought that(water paving) was done away with.

It is possible, you can put statues next to water, on grass title's.
