I was directed to this one recently, and so far it hasn't let me down. It reminds of Haven in a way actually, in that basically, if you see someone, they will attempt to kill you. If you leave your walls, they will attempt to kill you. If you do anything other than die, they will attempt to kill you. But that's all part of it's charm.
It's running an early access on steam for $15 And despite it being quite an early alpha, still worth it. It's quite cleverly done as well, the more of an impact you make on the island, the more aggressive the natives will become to remove you. The reverse being, if you avoid detection, and basically leave no trace, you can feasibly go on indefinitely without being hunted, though they will investigate areas where your fires have been, or tree's cut down. The reaction of the natives to seeing you also varies greatly depending on past encounters, whether you have fire around you. down to the person who spotted you. Some running for help, some fleeing, some can even surrender, and kneel at your feet as a sacrifice, thinking you to be some kind of god. All in all a good game, and judging by the changelogs, it's only getting better with each update.
A word of advice for any who do get it though; Don't spend your first night creeping through forest with just your lighter and a thunderstorm to see by. Because I assure you. It is terrifying. Even if you don't see anyone, it is still terrifying.
