That actually looks like it'd be kinda cool lol, would be better as open world pvp though

might as well add Starbound and Terraria as multiplayer sandbox games

I heard LOVE got some sort of update

Done adding Terraria and Starbound to the list and guild wars 2 is a wonderful game. I'm getting it in my mailbox on monday. I cannot wait to play it. Oh and LOVE had a update which was that the creatore of it deciced to make it fully free to everyone. So you don't need to pay for it anymore.
Thank you SacreDoom for the awesome profile picture you made!

GW2 is a good game but it's not sandbox in any way. unless you consider WvW to be sandboxy (customization is limited and there's no real persistence due to the weekly reset)

it's just a nextgen theme park

Just dropping by with news and a few more games

  • Korean sandbox mmo ArcheAge is being published by Trion in the west
  • Age of Wushu is in open beta. Chinese sandbox mmo with martial arts, pvp focus and lots of content but poor translation. Like a weird asian Mabinogi; it may deserve its own thread. The current phase of beta has limited playtime but this is apparently removed at the end of January.
  • Stardew Valley is a Harvest Moon type game under development that may get multiplayer; Tiyuri from Terraria and Starbound is interested in it.

Kidnapping in Age of Wushu

"Logging out isn't the end of your game each day. Your characters live on, randomly taking jobs based on the area. Devious people can prey on the helpless, but must contend with the heroes still online protecting others."

Controls placed on spawning unlimited characters into a game world should be the #1 priority of all developers looking to create a healthy PvP environment. Stop the multi-abuse and everything else will fall into place.

I was surprised Trion picked ArcheAge up. This is probably one of the best publishers ArcheAge can get, so it's going to be awesome.

I've been playing Age of Wushu lately, the game is great. Very EVE-like, so many unique and decent features, so much to do! I'm sad it's not getting as much hype as some games that don't deserve half of it.

Age of Wushu allows only one character per account. Not sure if they plan to increase this.

Never played Rift but I hear nothing but good things about Trion themselves.
