Never mind, Jackard, that there might be epileptics reading this thread.

Pretty sure there aren't any anymore.

I just find it funny that people think im still trying to recruit. We have enough players to test it out and after finding out this game is a farm only game + rage when you die, UO isn't for you anyway. So, im just here reading posts by users who will never achieve what i will.. but keep thinking that insulting me to raise post counts actually matters.

heh well lets check the other wreck

Poach wrote:Well: If everyone starts making their own UO servers, then the game becomes uselessly underpopulated. Why even bother?

Just come and join UO: secondage

Also, the dedicated Host computer is not good enough to support this game with more then say: 100 players online.

I just think that there're more than enought...

....he speak the truth on a side...
...on another side....he shouldn't advertise another shard in this thread

I think that what is really missing on UO scene....are some era-accurate servers, not thousends of "custom" shard...

Another shitty "custom" freeshard with a schizophrenic ruleset run on even shittier hardware.

Gee, I can't wait...

hmm still no dice

given the size of my post count insulting you is more of an idle pleasure than an achievement

well, i´m not too sure about you wanting to recruit. or not. according to the posts it would be pretty senseless anyway.

but what makes you think, that it is farm only? there are far more possibilities to craft or doing stuff.and what makes you think, that UO isn´t for us HnH players? as i mentioned earlier, i played UO from the very beginning, something like day one. and i liked it, it was my first encounter with the worlds of MMORPGs. but i also think, that it lost its edge after a while and some expansions. especially, when they started all that felucca - tramel seperating shit. that pretty much was it. as the consequences of death weren´t that harsh anyway, there was no need for a designated no-PK shard.

here, on the other hand, death is a rather harsh expirience. here is - with the exception of the creation room - no npc, every interaction is a real person interaction. the game and the forum is as unmoderated as can be. i can rage and insult someone who did shot to me as much as i want - great feelings, so to speak.i simply like that

and what makes you think, that the users here can´t achieve what you did? whatever that may be. isn´t that a bit presumptous?

and imho, it isn´t a great achievement to set up a server for a game, that have been programmed by someone else and modding it a bit. i think it´s a great achievement, when two guys build a game froom the scratch in their leisure time, set up a sever and run a game - all by themself. and having some great and unique ideas about gameplay. i honour that much more. even if there are some bugs, imbalances, sometimes updates that make me wanna puke. i still think, they did a great job making their way up to this point. and if you read through this forum - and also through your own post, you see that i´m not the only one.
