No game ever has been released on schedule, so I'd forget about dates and just wait as long as it takes.

well it isn't entirely true that they aren't working on haven. they are developing new systems in salem that will be used in haven later. there isn't visible development but there are some pretty huge things going on, it's just going to be a while before any of that actually gets ported into haven.

The curiosity was nice but it was also moving the metagame towards something that not suppose to be: death being a minor inconvenience instead of a consequence in a permadeath survival game. I believe they do have something in mind that may help rectify the problems at hand.

If they move back to LP gain from actions, it will just shift power towards bots again.

In actuality, the powershift is already towards bots in erms of curiosity gathering, mining, manufactoring, fighter maker and combat. Not to mention a lot of other things in this world can be automated easily, some which is arguably necessary such as farming and baking.

W2-3 : I earned 200k per hour. I killed forest. Then I killed players.

W4+ : I must look for my curi's and sit at my computer for an extra amount of time. I earn 180-300k per day.

You can A have a chance to catch up to me or B let me bot. kill forest and earn LP 24/7 again. (4800k per day)

Old system....Saves your butt's kid, boting is dead to a point.

Bot's will do the work for you. But bots do not do a good dam job of anything.

Silk bots tend to screw up --alot
Farm bot's are not the best at Q sorting.

The problem much more or less is that fact that players us ALT's now a days.
Bot feed alts, alts are now used for {insert profession here}
