Bump. How are the forts going?

Set up a room with wooden spikes attached to a lever. Sticking green military dwarves in this room turns them legendary in a year easy.

10 swordmasters, 10 axemasters, & 10 hammermasters and 7 dead kittens

the results of the danger room training.

roughly 50 goblin invaders and trolls vs. 20 legendary military dwarves (10 sword + shield, 10 two handed axes). my 10 hammerdwarves are still kinda green and kept them in reserve.

no casualties and not so much as a damn scratch before they tucked tail and ran.

super effective. troll corpses and blood are just off screen to the north.

you are using the sieges the wrong way :/ , you are supposed to put the goblins into your gladiator arena..

ya ive since captured a few trolls and goblins and made a zoo of sorts.

never really used traps always thought they were for girly men.

outfitted 30 legendary dwarves with adamantine and have 51 percent of my dwarves in the military.

im getting bored

even in an age of goblins where i get like a siege every season.
