Of course they can. Half the point is that you have to fill in the blanks with your preconceived notions of what college radio music is and sounds like, and that attitude in itself might -- much like a horoscope -- "say something" about you. Whether or not you agree with the statement "I remember my dreams at night" says something about you even if the terms aren't more specified than that. It's obviously a question that a hippie would love to answer in the affirmative, even if the hippie doesn't remember his dreams any more often than anyone else.
