I uploaded my maps. Mostly wilderness and rivers, since I did about 10 hours of non-stop travel by boat yesterday. Hopefully it helps someone out in the future.

Might be more clearer if there would be some visual separator between the two names.
A line could be used (seems the easier way, less bold than the text would look best I think.), or color to differentiate them. (just a slight hue tint would do. Full name or First letter only.)
If color is uses and the main name is also colored when its displayed on its own. It will also act as a 'potential name change' flag in the more zoomed-out levels.
(... could also be done with the line variant of course.)

It would have proven your point much better and also proven you really do understand how to fight people and not only how to slaughter helpless sheep.

I'm Dutch, I don't do thanksgiving :P
I wrote the bit that prevents this in the future. I'm now writing a tool that easily removes batches from my database and rolls back the scoreboard accordingly. Should be done in a bit, if everything goes smoothly (yeah right :P)

Mqrius' Mega Map Marline for Mac?

Postby M-bot » Thu Nov 25, 2010 8:17 pm

Could you possibly make this for Mac OS X?
Maybe make it with java?
I know that if you were to program it in C# you could run it on Mac OS X with Mono installed.

It's open source, so you could try to run it from source, or you could ask someone to compile it for mac, but I have no experience with macs...

Sorry, I don't give out info like that :P I told him you would like to know him, so if he would like to know you back, he'll send you a love letter :)

I fixed the problems, and am currently processing the backlog, and re-processing the faulty batches.

Edit: Everything has been processed.

Mqrius' Mega Map Marline for Mac?

Postby M-bot » Fri Nov 26, 2010 5:09 pm

I have no experience with python so I wasn't able to install the necessary libraries to run from source.
So can somebody build the script for mac?
You could possibly use py2app which is similar to py2exe but for Mac OS X.

Thanks in advance

Edit: Here is the link for py2app: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/py2app/0.5.2

py2app will only run from a mac, of course, so Yeah, someone compiling it would be your best bet.. Or maybe, don't you have something like wine for the mac? You could try that with the exe, but I'm not sure it would work.
