It kinda makes going out at night not appropriately scary. continued

So basically, you don't want consequences for stealing and killing?

That's not what he said at all. What he said is that a less individually powerful group should be able to defend themselves from a single super-strong player, in other words, that there should be consequences for super-beings that try to steal.
Surprise.

While _four_ players may not be safe from a super player, a large group can keep themselves safe from numerous smaller groups, including any high level players who might be motivated to assist the smaller victims - as has been demonstrated on H&H (see numerous forum threads for examples).

Uh no, it takes a very large group of semi super players abusing mechanics and having the jump on a super player to have even the slightest chance.
Normal players versus a semi super player? no chance, let alone even trying up against a super player.

Umm... maybe I should disclaim, this is not a troll post, nor an attack on you.

Have you tried the arrow + kiting option with normal people? How large is very large, and how experienced is semi super?

Having the jump is always a big plus, but do you mean leading an un-prepared super into a well prepared trap? Or just that the large group has to be prepared for the fight?

you might want to run the questions for your next census by others, before you take it

some of them were rather vague (3, 4, 5) or inaccurate (2)

As I said before, I'm open to suggested improvements for the census. Are there any questions anyone would like asked in future versions, or perhaps a better way to word these existing ones?
Surprise.

It'd be interesting to see how long people have been playing, where they are on the casual/hardcore spectrum, how many characters they play, how many clients they have open simultaneously, how many times they've died, where they are on the nature/industry slider, and where they are on the tradition/change slider (counting only the main for these later questions). As long as the inputs are anonymous, may as well ask about stats and skills, too. It'd also be nice to see all of the suggestions instead of having it truncate after so many characters.

How many full-fledged characters do you intend to play?
Do you hold allegiances to any of the following: *list of prominent groups*
    bottleneck
    brofrica
    caketown
    facepunch
    goonheim
    laketown
    pinevalley
    other
How important do you consider your community to your play?
Have you encountered what you would consider harassment from other players?
Have you ever been stolen from? How much did this affect you?
Have you experienced death?
Have you experienced resurrection?
How large a role does *game element* play for you?
How large a role does *game element* play for you?
How large a role does *game element* play for you?
etc.
