Let me see if I can find one of the old map sites, may take a few.

Well no, there is no need for conflict or competition in Harvest Moon as you're in a friendly village from the start that basically helps you with your own farm (I guess like starting from the charter stone and having people tell you what they want you to do). Which is why I said it was HM with MMO elements; Everyone has to build their own farms from scratch and start their own villages and get their own cows/chickens/sheep and every person adds some character to the village rather than just NPCs that like to go to the river around 9pm... So instead of going down the road to purchase more seeds from the local seed dealer, you go down the road to the local friendly neighboring village and trade for some carrot seeds 'cause you can't find any.

Rune Factory has some combat elements, and is also like HM. You have to fight monsters in caves to claim spots to grow crops, didn't play it too much really. I defend my claim!

Minecraft... sort of, kind of
Certainly, in taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy; but in passing it over, he is superior; for it is a prince’s part to pardon. - A wise friend.

I suppose HnH and Minecraft both have the "Sandbox Survival" in common, although the Survival aspect in HnH is a joke, and in Minecraft quite lacking aswell.
