I wonder how they can get Murder so fast with such a cappy system...
Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps, down new roads, armed with nothing but their own vision.

People are way past that since the new system allows you to make alot of LP every day when you have advanced only a little bit from your starting stats without even having to play much. There should be plenty of characters with 1.5-2 million LP, because with a little bit of planning or nice village mates to help you, you will earn LP 24/7 even when you do not play at all .

Someone stole my first character's skeleton, after I'd placed it in a decorative graveyard. Since then I've collected about a dozen skeletons, which I've placed around my gate and apple trees. 8-)

That might be a little high. World 5 has only been up 10 days, that's 8000 LP/hour for the last 240 hours. Easily possible*, but startup time with low int, low per*exp, and initial confusion regarding the curiosity system makes it more likely that only a few people are at that point. Personally, I didn't suicide myself to full LA either, although I assume a lot did, along with other early exploits and excessive ant values that have since been fixed.

Or maybe I'm just hoping since I'm under half a million and don't want to meet someone on 2 million :P

On topic, I've found that most people I meet are pretty neutral/friendly, but there have been a few who would rather fight than talk. Still seems more violent to me but that's probably because last time I played I lived a million miles from nowhere and there were typically about 300-400 online at peak. I never saw anyone.

*Well, not all that easily, since someone would have to be logging in your character every 20-40 minutes to refresh your curios, either a script or a series of villagemates you would trust with your account info and who play from every timezone in the world, neither of which I think many people have available. 8000/hr would be pretty difficult early on without constantly studying things like ant soldiers and cone cows. Even queens, 1.3 hours, empresses, every 3 hours. None of the longer study time stuff could get you to 8000.

I'm pretty lucky, one other hermit below me who is pretty nice and gave me some seeds and a herbalist table.
So he got a carrot from me when i got them.
2 big cities to the right of me, of which 1 for sure is peacefull and actively killing murderers if you bring a scent.
Other one also seems friendly, they are friends with the other big city.

So far i like my spot:)
Finally a descent spot and good neighbours, my best city so far :P
