OK, this is a little obscure, and no longer really repeatable... but back in world 2 or 3, whenever it was that they first made boars aggro on sight...
Scene:
Hearthing traipsing merrily through the coniferous forest
Hearthling: La-dee-dah... oh!
lvl X boar appears from stage right
Hearthling: Hello Mr. Boar! Lovely day we're hav.... OH SWEET GOD NO!!!!!

Yeah my first character in world 4...
Had just downloaded Gilbertus and was loving the hide options, wandering thru the forests picking all the foragables that usually hide behind the trees when a bear appeared...
Our heroine promptly wet herself and ran.... there followed about a minute of thunk thunk thunk as I hit every tree cos I had totally forgotten to switch hide off...
Score noob idiot 0 confused bear 1

Getting overstuffed, then walking my char next to an armed guy. oooo, dumb idea. I even had a friend right next to the guy, but i still died to the soldier sword

I mistook heroine as in female hero for actual heroin(e)..

Back in world 4 I was fighting a bear. I had it on the ropes. Then it got in rage mode. I knew I had to kill it fast. Was doing my last flex. Was about to go in for the final Valorous strike. Then came the lag. It ko'd me.
"Oh, it won't try to kill me."
-Bear charges attack-
"Well, it can't kill my 500+ HHP, with 700+ Armor in one hit."
-650 Direct Damage-
"FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU..."
