I think he's saying all the "good" players use Ark-Su, and therefore make the game easier for themselves while newbies use the default client and have to do everything by hand, allowing the "good" players a leg up in the world. The newbies may think they are becoming powerful, but will get steamrolled later on when they come across a superpower.
