as i understand it, according to the ancient chinese 38 vs 380 is only a factor of pi or so. i'm willing to bet that nao is much more than that factor better than rose at using the combat system... and she probably doesnt have *that* high of a UA anyway.

i honestly doubt anyone will spend that amount of lp in MS and keep your uac in 38, makes no sense, Glass cannon.

If you look real close you see there is only on pixel between each number, so to me it appears he only has 38 to me.
