Russians are not bad people - Rant

I'm playing since World 2 and I had a lot of issues with Russians and only with them. They were the only raiders and murderers I've been victim of. Also they were most of the thieves I have encountered. My awareness raises every time I encounter Russian. This doesn't happen when I meet anyone else, including Koreans who for some reason are also considered intimidating, but every one of them was nice and helpful, although their English is terrible if they speak it at all :p

I like to assume the "you scratch my back i'll scratch yours" philosophy. If I encounter neighbors or anyone around me I usually take them gifts and introduce myself and let them know that I will always help them if they ever need it.

I'm sure there's some hard core groups who would insta-gib people on sight - but I've encountered very few of them. Most hostility i've noticed is born out of paranoia//speculation//poor communication. Which is why I usually try to take the initiative to make sure people know me and that I'm acting as a friendly agent who is open to discussion.
