I wish I knew what it said. From what I can gather from the pictures, however, it appears to be some kind of Korean urban legend comic. I love Asian urban legends and a lot of them begin with a young boy or girl walking alone at night.

I also liked the animations. :) The head being hung backwards and the ghoul walking backwards was the best.

I'm getting interested in japanese folklore related to aliens ever since I've watched this documentary

The "dragon's triangle" mentioned in it is pretty much identical to Bermuda triangle although it's not as well as known as the b. triangle is.

Yeah. I've always found underwater civilizations (or civilizations that used to be above water, as it were) very interesting. What is also very interesting is that a large portion of our oceans haven't been explored. Don't you find that odd? Surely we would want to do this to find traces of what might have been thousands of years ago, if not at least untapped resources we could use. Perhaps someone or something approached the leaders of the world and expressed concern that we should not go poking around where we're not wanted...

Seeing media output is controlled by governments that's highly possible. There's probably a lot more information regarding those ancient structures and alien life forms in general but they're not being released as there is a chance it might cause widespread panic and riots due to people being sheep :/
