Sure.
The basic method is relative simple. Enlarge the height of you source image by 2, and rotate that image by 45 degrees (left or Neg). This should work with just about any image editor. The rest is just some scaling to get the intended output size.

Added a nip2 workfile to my Personal ChitChat. (Bird-view Overview mapping) post. (HnH_Rotate_Game_To_Map)
This is a cleaned up version of what I used to create that Sodom map view.

I believe that this is the best possible layout. It has a plot system and is radially symmetrical where everything is the same distance from the center. It's perfect for those who like to walk to the idol rather than use up wine teleporting. It also has a 50+ tile wide anti-archer wall which can be used for additional farms (just use characters with good armor) which protects farmer alts without good armor from arrows. The idol area is large and can facilitate a massive industrial area, and you can separate silk and high quality industry to plots near the idol area to keep them bricked without having to brick the idol zone (major design flaw in Pandemonium).

The city is also 72 plots, which means you won't have to ever expand (if you overshoot this number, start doubling people up on plots through them volunteering.

Downsides: Requires thicket to facilitate a 510x510 village if you wish to be free of cliffs. No cliffs allows you to have uninterrupted wall tours and perfect plots.

Plots are arranged into 8 sectors (minus idol area), so it makes organization easier. Example: "Plot A of Sector 1"

Downside #2. Someone might come along and build a village inside your village

If they did that then they'd have no choice but to call it Inception.

ElGato took some screenies of New Cockhaven, I doubt he still has them but that place was the epitome of clusterfuckedness. Man, I miss it.

Sadly not much, the HnH section on RPGcodex has been deleted and with that the thread where we discussed city plans, and the only thing I found showing some of the layout was an old map with only the early stages of construction, I filled in the approximate layout of the walls.

All the threads from the RPGCodex H&H forum was moved to the MMO forum, so you should still be able to find the plans, if you search. This also means that our old secret threads are now in the public part of the Codex, if there are any H&H veterans who want to read about what we Codexians were actually up to in W2,3 and 4 :D

Now that the world went boom here's pande. This was done even before I stopped playing so it's pretty old but the basic town was pretty much finished I think. There was also a bricked treefarm south of town and a bricked large farm north of it both across rivers. I'm sure the people that kept on playing can give you more details.

That North river Bricked Farm was my personal farm.
