Well, I am horrified at how fluffy and full of treehuggers other forums seem to be or at least they are moderated by such people. I rather am called an asshole and know what I am dealing with than to have people thinking that I am an asshole, but calling me their best friend because otherwise they might get banned.

I noticed that a lot of the threads on this forum seem to be very aggressive!

Newer players are harassed for not knowing what they're doing or not using all the tools available to them (Like client mods, Skype, etc.). People who are unhappy about being killed for the umpteenth time are immediately shot down, blamed for their own deaths. Y'ever notice that it seems to be justified with a 'You shouldn't have been a weak person' style argument?

At any rate, stuff like this hasn't happened to be. I usually have the fortune of settling in a nice area, only receiving the occasional person come bother me. I'm no pro player, who knows all the tricks and secrets. It took me three or four weeks to finally get around to putting up my palisade. I am not normally one to complain. It's my humble opinion that this forum tends to be very aggressive.

Thoughts? Complaints? Feeling aggressive already?
