I don't surprized by Jorbs and Loftars "fixes" ingame...
The easiest and most effective way to fix crossroad locking rams, is make crossroads impossible to SHIFT-place. If they will be set only in the center of tile, then there will be gap that cannot be closed. And nobody will abuse it.

PS Lets be glad they are not doctors... or they will be cutting people an leg because of thorn in it. It also way to solve problem, but that make an new one much bigger.

Like I said before, action brings reaction and that is what I was thinking about autohearth. Again, those changes are hitting weaker players, I can't understand the purpose why they were implemented without thinking about influence on the other aspects of the game.

I used um for storage of gold and silver in world 5. Though the use of it is limited enough that it probably has no place in the game cause it'll just be abused.

Probably thoughts were at little players too, but I guess at devs the weight of strong people abusing game or weak people being punished was on left side that is why this decision. I just don't see reason why they wouldn't listen to some of good suggestion made by players who are playing this alpha game.

@bmjclark: its so much unconvenient to store shit in sbox than having an alt, its simply not worth :)

"Oh no! Someones coming. Quick, Hearth with my boat away"

10 seconds later

But seriously, 10 seconds is a bet excessive. And the 2nd change is pure stupidity.

Either 3-5 seconds, or you just can't hearth with an unkinned player (would cause issues cause, for example, i have half of the enemy faction of our town kinned) in render distance would of been fine imo.

It should be 3 seconds. The other option will get to many "noobs" killed though. You blood thirsty people ;)
