He is apparently a believer in Anon, so I'm going to go with yes.

It's the Internet! They might think they can regulate it, but the fact is, there is way more of us than them.

Just like any army, they have the bigger guns....

Don't mean we shouldn't fight, just expect it to be a slaughter if it comes to that.

Ironically enough it was the liberal party that introduced this bill in the first place

Politicians want to be re-elected and any senator, congressman or president that allowed that bill to become law would never work in public service in Washington or Smalltown, USA ever again.

*Edit: At least in their current forms

Nonsense, utter, complete nonsense. Both sides of the 2 party system are pretty much indistinguishable, they have no such fear. They know that we realise that it doesn't matter who we vote for, bad votes like that will pass. In the end you vote for who gets to be corrupted by lobbyists and whoever you vote for, if they have enough funding to compete in their area, then they will still support stupid bills like this. Welcome to western world politics.

edit: As I posted this a friend linked me maddox front page http://maddox.xmission.com/ he's got a point. Read the whole lot.
