ANYONE with money can throw it at a problem and fix it, thing is they'd usualy expect a return, which a game like H&H won't make unless it's remade into something that's no longer H&H. So that idea of any takeover is a fail to begin with and would result in something like all the other "insert big old hit here" wannabes.
