Enjoy the game with people who grief and not tell you why because they do not speak a word English or they did it for the lulz. Enjoy it.

New players, enjoy this game and love the game. Love the game until you are betrayed by your so called friends while you spend hours a day trying to mine or farm so they could have fun hunting. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Old players, enjoy this game because you've been playing it for so long you do not get any enjoyment by playing this game without hurting anyone who isn't in any way hostile.

I had fun. I've played before and came back to play again this year. I was raided after two weeks of being online for at least 6 hours a day. And I usually played from 1AM to 6/7AM so I could be online while my American villagers were online. Some called nolifeing, I call it dedication. We had been raided without a reason while we didn't even have good stuff.

Since my friends had quit after dedicating so much time, I was the only one left of my group. So I joined a few new players who had a palisade. They were from an online site. If I had known they wouldn't be online a lot, I'd have searched for another village. I've helped the group of newbies as much as I could. Since they were American and Canadian, I was again playing in the night. Yesterday one of them killed the key alt and stole my stuff just for fun. So yeah. I'm quitting since you can't fix a damaged community that easy.

TL;DR: Game is awesome. Community sucks. Met some great people. Met some huge douchebags. I am not NASK, however I've enjoyed being NASK. Cya HnH. I'll be back when W7 starts. And since i'm in the Salem Beta I might see you guys there.

You should go play other games that doesn't have permadeath and hardcore gamers.
It's best for you not to play Salem too because you will encounter much more of "douchebags" and "damaged community" .

apparently you're not done bothering me on IRC, when i'm afk. so let me handle the question you just asked a few hours ago, which was "<Dennis> could you give me at least one reason why you did it?"

i've given you a few, but here's one more. Do you remember threatening one of our village members with destroying their hearthfire? Well there's your answer. you made others not want to play with being bossy, too controlling, etc... Next time you join other people try not to do those things. You made me leave my friend's camp after day 1... I'm pretty sure you used one of your alts to kill me at my friend's other camp when i went back to try and help them out, but i have no proof and it doesn't bother me that much anymore. my main character dying within 1 day of meeting you is a pretty big coincidence, but i've learned that dying in this game happens a lot when you start a new character. maybe you haven't learned that since your main character was given to you by someone who had been playing a long time.

start a new character and move on, work your way back up. Or stop playing...
