I support this notion, I too suffer from panic attacks. I find, the best way to masturbate is, while playing haven, I sit on my hand for 20 minutes, once it becomes so numb and I can't feel it, I rub one out. It's called "the stranger" ^_^ enjoy.
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.

I really appreciate all the advice.

I ended up steadying my breathing and calming down then getting piss drunk and played H&H till like 4am.

Doctor gave me some pills, said it was probably caused by nicotine withdraw. Quit like a month ago with no cravings for the shit too, I don't understand it.

Anyway, thanks again.

Yeah, that'll do it.... I remember when my mom tried to quit smoking years ago. Between the anxiety attacks and rages... yeesh. I developed a complex from it myself.

Nicotine has a very strange reaction with the brain. It does not work like most other drugs do but instead closes receptors in your brain so that you require nicotine in order to function properly. Disputably worse than other drugs such as cannibus. There are not many studies on the subject but essentially it limits how much serotonin your brain should be capable of processing. I don't believe that it bothers your dopamine levels at all but I may be mistaken. In doing so there are all sorts of nasty side effects to trying to quit cold turkey.

Mind you there are other barbiturates that function similarly and I strongly discourage use of them. This includes drugs such as Methamphetamine in concentrated dosages.

I'm glad to hear that your panic is subsiding though and that you are feeling better. I hope the pills help a lot!

And then they pull a 'whitey' and are in a worse position (unless they faint) than they were in before they started!
Good advice

Kids: Smoking weed is more likely to give you panic attacks than cure them.

Actually smoking weed isn't that bad for your health, sigarettes are even worse.
The only risk with weed is that you can get paranoid.

I've been smoking weed for years without a hitch.

I just don't understand why this happens 3 weeks after I had my last ciggy. Felt absolutely fine, 3x the energy fit as a horse.

Then bam, blurry vision, hands are doing really weird twitchy movements, world is spinning heart racing, felt like I couldn't get enough air no matter how deeply I breathed. Was utterly convinced I was having a heart attack lol.

Never had a panic attack or any health problems in my life before, kind of a shock you know. Scary as bloody hell.

Apparently it takes like 3 weeks for nicotine to leave the body ( unless thats just like completely, not a trace. I don't know ), but I would have assumed something like this would happen in the first few days or the first week.

Human beings are so fucking weird.

I think its pretty obvious though, like teckknight said, you can become physically addicted to nicotine, and quitting it all of a sudden causes withdrawl symptoms (i.e. panic attack). Get an e-cig, they're great.
