I dislike eating pork purely because it's a red meat, and white meats are generally speaking better for you.

That's a disgusting thing to expose a young mind to. Soon they'll be eating pork on park benches, down high streets, IN SCHOOLS! Where will this moral decline end?

I am pro-bacon. I'm sure some ass monkey will try to explain why bacon is bad for you or that it doesn't exist and I will cut them.

While on the topic of pork, if you're like me and prefer enjoying life to suffering so you'll live an extra 5 years in a diaper, this recipe is for you.

Gather: 2 Cans Cut Green beans, I can whole New Potatoes, I pound bacon. (I use Bar-S brand from Wal Mart)

Now...Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and line bottom of a Pyrex casserole dish with them, open one can of green beans and sprinkle evenly on top of potatoes.....

Next... Open second can of beans and place in a bowl. Lay bacon out as it comes in the package and slice it in half. Now lay half strips of bacon on a plate, put 2-3 beans on one end and roll em up into a little cylinder around the beans then place in dish on top of potatoes and beans. When all beans are rolled in bacon and placed in dish, cook in oven at 450 degrees F for20ish minutes or until bacon rolls begin to brown, Take out, flip over bacon rolls to raw side and bake additionally until raw side browns. When done, remove from oven, tilt dish to allow grease to drain and pool. Eat beans and potatoes as a bacon flavored salad with the bacon rolls as finger food. Thank me later. (Unless much later when you have a coronary). :P
