TinyPic is a good site to use. In my opinion at least. Because when you upload things you get several links for different things. SUch as direct links, link codes for message boards such as this and etc. Though other sites could have the same features..I know Photo Bucket does.

Ya, there are definitely options available. There isn't really one site that is superior to all of the others. I just don't like tinypics banner ads everywhere so I always suggest imgur.

@ dagrimreefah - I really can't see how insecurity comes into it, i wasn't asking for his approval. I'm actualy quite confident in both my opinions and my appearance (maybe you should check my post history). I was trying to prove him wrong on his assumption that because my male colleagues are respectful i must be ugly, fat or a bitch in rl.
If you mean because i care, as someone else said - we'd spent two days arguing a related topic, you were in there, lol, and by the time it got to pm's i was incensed! If you'd seen the condescending way he was talking to me - "its just you and i, you can be honest, it won't go any further" blah, blah, blah - maybe you would understand me better.
Had i slept on it though i probably wouldn't have replied at all. I'm already dreading his appearance today, lol.

Cute girl is flaunted over by all the male dogs. she doesnt have to do some of her work cause the boys pick up her slack. she gets noticed by the administration and is given a "Cush" job, kinda like a trial basis to see if she'll play ball(not sex mind you, of course that has happened. but the flirtation and drama that goes with it) if she doesn't she's put in a lesser cush job. this all comes to a screeching Halt when A. she becomes attached to a guy and becomes pregnant. or B. she becomes Fat or Ugly or starts to claim sexual harrasment. in which case she's "exiled" to the front line with the rest of us.
