What other games do you like or have played?

You mentioned Final Fantasy 13 I played FF13 for 1 day, the characters were so annoying I wanted to kill them. Great grafx the game just didn't do anything for me. I love Sim games also, Sim City, Sim Ant, Sim Earth, etc... Have you and Borka played Theme Hospital? A great hospital sim. A young man from the Netherlands got me hooked on that game a few years ago. I have it on my psp

I know what you mean, lol, it took me a long time of short bursts to get into FF13 - the changes upset me at first though graphics, beautiful as always. I'm currently stuck - lol - and sadly not into it enough to persevere.
Yep, played Theme Hospital and Theme Park and a truely awful one called (poss - i forget) Theme rollercoaster ....... actualy, it may have been Rollercoaster Tycoon, w/e, was dire!
Never did play Sim Earth though i always meant to and had never heard of Sim Ant, lol.

Ahh, I miss Bullfrog Studios and old Maxis. Bullfrog never put out a Theme rollercoaster -- their rollercoaster game was Theme Park. Their most popular game by far was Populous. You're definitely thinking of Rollercoaster Tycoon which was done by some other company. =)

Played Populous but i never really enjoyed it like some of the others, tbh it scared me a bit, lol, that haunting music, the way they moved and the masks - creepy

oh yes - i liked the first Popolus on my orange/black monitor and enjoyed it really when i got a B/W one.

Another game i gave a lotta time was Stalker - even early Betatesting and did some translations (mainly for some of the first mods)

I got stuck in Star Ocean 4, I think it was a bug but I wasn't able to leave the dungeon and get something I needed. My wife got stuck in a few game ending glitches in Dragon Age Origins. She started over 3 times X(
I might be interested in playing FFXIII-2 but if I don't like the battle system or game play I won't touch it.

World of tanks is a good free game if you like action and booms and its not pay to win either which is nice

Both, he collects the consoles as well as the games. He had an Atari cartridge console not long ago that he got working and now has a whole box of games for that as well.
I have quite a lot of old games on my pc thanks to him, inc a snes emulator, but i very rarely play them tbh. I just don't have the time, lol, by the time i get home from work, farm through the lag, checked i'm still alive in Salem and caught up on whats going on in the cosmos thats my day over!

On a side note: I fell off my bike today, lol, i wasn't badly hurt but it was in front of a bus full of school children so it was pretty embarrasing, they all seemed to find it highly amusing so i had to laugh even though i cut my leg and had to hobble away.

Currently playing through Final Fantasy 9 again

I've been wanting to play thru FF7, FF8, and then FF9. My wife has played thru FF10 so many times It's funny when she ask me to help her at the same spots in the game.
