PvP doesn't need a lot of work other than mechanics that determines the "seriousness" on the issue.
Bloodstains is a good factor as a clue rather than a system that uses scent to stalk offenders
If magic can be involved. It can be a factor of which blood samples are collected to gain more details on whodunnit.
Nothings perfect though... You can pin murders on others using the blood then.
Maybe that sword used to murder could be cleaned off with a cloth, which then is thrown away.

Plus there is always more stuff needing work than what you generally see or is aware of.

The looks like its build on vb6.

What if I told you I was doing it all in C++ and already have all of that completed? I already tested it with my whole development crew and a few others (10 in total) and there weren't any problems. I frequently allow testers to come into the game and find bugs. If you still don't believe me, add me on Steam (xbradywx), Skype (brady.welch), or watch some of my old videos on my blog.

Don't go around spreading bullshit. Why would you automatically make the assumption that it's made in VB6?

EDIT
Thanks to the rest of you, I'll keep you updated :)

I'll invite you into the Topia Support Group skype conference which is kind of ground zero for a lot of our interest in these games but I can;t promise that anyone's gonna be "nice" to you per se. Hang out at your own risk.....

or not, there's apparently like 200 brady Welches on skype, have a nickname I can search?

My skype username is exactly brady.welch. I have an old profile picture, but I'll change it to a screenshot of my game.

On a side note, I just realized that I live ~15 minutes away from the developers of Topia. Small world...
Thanks,

Bob dole would like to say he has high hopes for your game. Bob dole would like to give his constructive criticism, and its that the graphics may be too simple. Bob dole likes some amount of eye candy.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

Haha, good question. There will possibly be female NPCs which you can impregnate... so I guess? Again, I don't know if everyone will like the idea of non-human characters, so I'm holding off giving any official word on that yet ;)

I'm very impressed with the look of the game and your voiceover skills.

Keep us posted on your progress.

And to think, I spent a big chunk of World 3 wanting to kill you and yours.
