Naturally, I'll be there as an alt just to bring the food - I suspect that many will have their alts come too in hopes of snatching and hoarding good food, but I reiterate - The feast is about gathering and sharing, To instigate trade and get people cooperating. With luck it could get some real trade lanes open.

Because somehow this event will magically create more demand where there is none and more supply where there is none too right?
Or will it magically create new ways for people to travel to the RoB to meet each other to trade?
Exactly how does this event create new trade lanes?

It doesn't create anything, per se, but rather gives people a reason to travel to the RoB at a set time.

And if things in H&H follow the same logic as things IRL (marketing-wise), then if turnout is good enough there'll probably be vendors for everything from bronze plates to bloody gauze.

Of course, I have to be the pessimist and declare that turnout will not be adequate for such a result.

Doesn't really matter, a supergrid was vaporized tonight and that contained my farmers' field and all the food for the feast.

if people get together, meet each other and decide to start trading I guess that would count.

Especially if everyone brings their sign posts from their crossroads

If only I had joined earlier, I would of been able to smith items for new players and contribute more things. I'll see what I can get done in the next 5 days. who knows, maybe I will be able to bring something.
