Character wipe?

On the other hand, as I stated playing, I had absolutely no idea whats going on. It wasnt the exciting "everything is new" feeling, but a weird WTF feeling.

Yup, very good point, i forgot about that. After wondering around for almost 2 hours, I almost quit and then someone helped me.

Yeah, I know there are places to read up (if you enjoy reading), but a "getting you started in the right direction" in-game tutorial would be great though.

My Godsend was a Mrs. Black Louse. She was the one who found my wandering around RoB and she was the one who introduced me to the Swampcrazed area and the one who really started the game for me. In the beginning I was just walking around, not really experiencing the true game for myself. Then all of a sudden I was plowing fields, cutting down trees (THAT I NEEDED, don't call me a clear-cutting noob, I actually replant what I take), and gaining LP to learn new skills, further opening the game world to me.

MBL delivered a new player to brodgar not long ago too, very good of her to do so.

There will be character resets regardless of what people want. Especially if there's going to be a overhaul of the character systems which Jorb and Loft are thinking about.
