No, because I'm living in Poland. Those kinds of virtual attacks never get solved over here. You'd actually better be off ComboFixing your hkeys with instructions provided by advanced specialists, who provide such help for free (infact they are just geeks who sit in home writing combofix scripts for bypassers who need help - and i truly mean completely by free).

This would be your safest move at the moment. Microsoft (
edited because indeed fail) has purchased Skype recently, and they add a lot of malicious adware just to track you from the PC / Laptop / whatever position. They did it earlier, they are doing it now, they will do it in future. Infact I think I'm going to uninstall Skype and start using a Skype Chat simulator, so I can actually access the chat without the risk of getting my PC endangered, or I'll use a new account just for my family / just to trade on haven etc.

I'm not completely sure. Might have been a security leak over some of my software components. I'll be sure next time and don't leave an outdated virus software on my powered PC over night.

Any logs?
No, my HDD fried after the attack. I will have to purchase a new one.
borka wrote:What Browser are you using?
An updated Mozilla Firefox.
Your last request-question cannot be fulfilled, as my HDD basically fried, and there is little chance I'm going to rescue any data. We'll see about that - in the meantime I have given my HDD to a local IT Specialist and he is going to check which parts of HDD are damaged.
I am buying a new HDD, which is twice as big and works on SATA3 technology, so it technically should be slightly better. I'll keep you informed whenever you want to know more.
