I think that for you to ever feel that Haven is grindy is a failure of imagination. See: Xcom

A skull throne, one for each faction, made entirely of that faction's skulls.

For nomads the wagon and raft are normally by far superior to boats. In w5 I did a little bit of the wandering thing with a wagon and a stolen bull. It's interesting to say the least, big thing is to make sure you have dreams for your claim each night, otherwise you're waiting around. I normally leave my dreamcatcher wherever I stayed, just take the dreams, and build a new one, harvest when I wake up.

I gotta try this when I have more time, because it sounds extremely fun :)
By the way, you do a nomad style with a mix of UA and SURV character?

I actually used to do a style of mixed UA and Melee, and get Survival as high as possible. I've been in a village for so long though, I haven't had time to do the nomad thing. The easiest way is to just boat for hours and hours, and to keep extra materials on you if you can. I had a q30 soldier sword that did me well.

I traveled for about 3 weeks with 2 LC's, before someone stole it, then I had to make a new boat and crates. God I missed those LC's so much. I normally keep food in one, curios in the other, rope and bone glue in case I find a spot I really love, then I'll drop a palisade and live there. I can't tell you how many flotsams I found during that time, it was glorious.

That looks like it will be awesome! I am planning something as well, but it's not going to be as cool as that. It will be a semi-secret until it is discovered.

This looks like a nice little project Hazzor! :D
I'm planning on completing my mega brickart work as soon as I get to the point I'm able to. Will post screenshots when done :)
