I am pretty sure in hindsight the devs regard that as a mistake. Which is probably why none of the Portgas victims got rezzed either.

What do you imply? Still with the anal friends nonsense? The only thing I ever got from Jorb was my character nerfed by 75% of his LP...

main mistake here was that goons talking about it in irc free... a lot of players was mad with it and loftar got a lot of pm's. when he was enraged he nuke rages and gatos chars.

The whole Rage/Gato was a huge mess which is more of a Goon issue than a Birg issue. I won't go further as it isn't the main topic.

Also remove inheriting please. This is suppose to be a permadeath game, not a death with high penalty game. False advertisement!

It is quite funny how people really think like this when they manage to get their characters die for some weird reason and ask you to resurrect them.

And these reasons that they put up with sure hold a lot of entertainment value over them!

I think that they should start with a new character knowing that they are not going to get it, in any which way they think of it.

I don't know if this constitutes as a reason for revival, but I was back stabbed by the person I gave my hearth secret to, when I moved away from him because I found a mine nearby. He gave my HS to several other people who then griefed me for days until just today they caught me online trying to build my palisade, lured a bear to my land to demolish everything but my house, then had a high level person come and kill me. I don't know if this betrayal that I'm sure is common enough is reason for revival however maybe if you could punish the person who betrayed me by banning all 3 of his accounts or something?
