Password is what it will be in the future, what you log in with.
If by subscribe you mean register, you are at the register screen. You are probably confused because there's no "confirm password" box.

Sadly, I tried bothering with proxies a bit and from all that I've tried (5+), none worked for me, so I gave up. Tried with stealthy addon in chrome too, but as if I never had one, same note that its not for non-us people.
