'Wolves of the Beyond' is actually set in the same world. Though I've not read guardians.

I've read a solid amount of books, seeing I've inherited the hobby from my mother and started pretty early, read my first Harry Potter book (around 600-700 pages from what I remember) in one sitting at the age of 10 and simply fell in love with it because of the whole magic/alternative universe appeal to it.
After a few years of reading random books from the city and school library, I've found out that you can pirate books on the internet and found a huge selection for my escapism habits.

Favorite series: Stephen King's Dark Tower, Michael Moorcock's Elric of Melnibone series. (both awesome writers, Stephen King has more renown but Michael Moorcock is a legend as well)

As for the favorite book, I have a few titles I adore, but The Silmarillion is my favorite.

Black Library (everything by Dan Abnett (especially Eisenhorn, Ravenor, Gaunt's Ghosts), most of the Horus Heresy novels), Halo novels (Fall of Reach, The Flood, First Strike, Ghosts of Onyx; the rest is rubbish, even the newer stuff), World War Z (best zombie novel to date), Mountain Man, School's out Forever, The Road, ...

Well... this is probably obvious, but i love
competition, and war happens to be one of
the greatest competitions mankind has ever
performed. It's a tragic one, but the thoughts
behind it are amazing. Very relatable as well
after having played Haven and Hearth for so
long.

All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him.

^Life lessons applicable to many things more
than just War itself.

Probably one of my favorite books related to
world war 2 because of the imagery they use
and the relatability to almost every character.

Many say she's crazy, but listening to her works
you can practically hear her voice with all the
passion she puts in... May not be a novel, but it's
a good book

Nao, you might like a book that's on my shelf "The 48 Laws of Power." It's essentially essays on the principles of Gaining, Maintaining, and Keeping power in the face of all adversity. Quite a bit of Sun Tzu in it, as well as other great philosophers. My uncle bought it for me as a 20th birthday present, and it's been one of my "Go To's" ever since.

Is that from a Bible to call people you hate "gay"? Hmm...

As for me, I'm not a dedicated reader but King's the best. Finished "Dark Tower" series on a single breath. "Under the dome" and "Cell" are just amazing.
I hate you! Yes, you!
How does it matter when you die? Today? In hundred years? What will be left of you after millenia?

I've read the bible

wasn't too impressed

Words only have the power that you give them

Quran's a better book in my opinion, not as much
blood, violence, and hatred
