There's been an upsurge in sexual assaults and rapes-- not from Swedish men, from the muslim immigrants that have kind of taken over the streets and are raising as much hell as they want to since no one is stopping them.

There are a bunch of Feminist blogs that are taking about that first part and how it's a victory for womyn everywhere. I'm just like, yeah, sure thing -- you have fun with your 'victory dance' in an alley.

I have breaking news for you. The rapes rate in half sexist Russia with its protecting manly men is about 10 times higher. Both russians and muslim immigrants are doing that. Almost every woman in Russia been through rape attempt atleast once in her life. South Africa with even more manly men has 500 000 rapes per year. Because the reason of rapes is not defencelessness, but thinking that woman is not complete human and male can use her to serve his needs whenever he wants. Sweden has high numbers mostly because there is a pretty wide definition of rape and women are not scared to talk about that. What is sexual assault for Sweden is just a flirt in Russia, a lot of women don't even see that something is wrong, because they are okay to be breeding factories beaten by loving husbands from time to time. Only 10% goes to police. None of rape attempts will be investigated, only happened ones. And instead of any support you will get "It was your own fault. Your skirt was too short/You were looking too good/You should stay at home when it's dark". There is a saying "Сучка не захочет - кобель не вскочит", which acquired modern meaning as "rape is always woman's fault, person can not be raped, if she doesnt want to be". Don't think I could translate it properly and there is no analogue, but something like that "If bitch doesn't want, male won't start".
Though I hope you're just trolling or being completely unaware of sexist countries everyday life.

It shouldn't be ok to hit anyone. The only reason to hit someone for a normal person in 21th century is that someone not that normal hit or made a clearly attempt to do so first.

There's plenty of good reasons to hit someone, and most of them have to do with breaking the rules of polite behavior. For example, if you're standing in queue and someone cuts in front of you, you tell them they can't do that and they tell you to fuck off, they fully deserve to have a couple of their teeth knocked out. Or if some drunk keeps hitting on your girlfriend after she's told him to get lost multiple times, punching his lights out is a perfectly reasonable response. Or if a Jehovah's Witness just doesn't know when to quit.

How is any of this a win? And how can a bruise fix discourteous person? On the contrary physical violence makes assholes think they can abuse anyone weaker than themselves. Bullies come out of the home/school violence in the first place.

In most countries it is illegal to hit women, more so than it is to hit men. In New Zealand there is a charge - Male assaults female, which carries a much higher penalty than common assault. If a woman hits a man, or a man hits a man it's just common assault.
It used to be that it was legal for a man to hit a woman with a rod no thicker than his thumb, I'm not saying that this is okay.
So women would piss a guy off, he would hit her, that was accepted.
Now - a woman just pisses a guy off, as lying bitching moaning and generally deceiving is not illegal or unacceptable.

How it used to be was that a man would go out and work 40hr a week, and his wife and 3+ kids would live and get by comfortably, and it was frowned upon for women to work full time when they had a family.
Now women have to be educated and allowed more in society (female only grants ect), so both the woman and the man need to work 40hr a week to support a family and often barely get by.
But in the old system women would hardly sit by and twiddle their thumbs all day, they would look after the kids, attend to the household and often volunteer their time in various groups.
Now who does all the stuff that women used to do?
I can't be bothered padding it all out, but that's basically how I see it. It should be; Equal rights? sure. Equal responsibilities? No. Equitable responsibilities? Yes.
Overall I think that the whole feminist movement has completely fucked up the family unit as it has been since the beginning of time and we're yet to see the true consequences of children not being raised by their mothers.
