Wait, are you a resident? If you are, you're free to get seeds from the public fields, just make sure to replant every tile you harvest. If you're not, you can still take three or four of each to get started, under same conditions. If you're far from Bottleneck I'm willing to deliver you seeds, but the price will heavily depend on the distance I have to walk. I am quite willing to accept either cast iron or wrought iron coins (not steel, as it's currently overpriced), so there's no worry there. Just for orientation, you're looking at roughly 4 seeds for each wic, plus transport costs (1 to 10 wic, depending how far you are).
