It's a bit complicated issue on when they should inform about reset;
- They're going to implement alot of stuff but then again, they can start doing that without informing us anyway.
- The more time they make us wait, the longer time practically nobody plays. 'Why bother?' etc. Good time for newbs to learn stuff since there's not much lag though.
- Saying "Oh hay we just reseted our servers" right after it has happened might cause some rage since it was completely unexpected and someone might have had big plans crushed in an instant.

I think 2 weeks was cool, though it should've had own thread in announcements section. Who knows, maybe there's people who don't know about the reset even know. A neat countdown on the front page would be awesome.

Pretty much this. The last wipe wasn't even on time, and they still weren't able to implement everything they wanted to. So just relax and experiment with your characters in the meantime, it's bound to happen soon enough.
