Nope, I only got two Russian neighbours on this map. And for the record, they're good neighbours.

b) They recognised your town centre from the screenshot you posted in Congress
c) They don't know, they're just attacking whoever they find.

b) can be ruled out since we got stolen from when our idol wasn't up yet, so it is either a) or c)...and then I would definetly go with c)

Spy's sapping my village...?

Generally speaking, some people are good, some people are bad. Today two people went by our village in a boat, due to our farmer killing himself somehow, the fields with 'unobtanium' (Wheat) was unclaimed and then ransacked, with both me and the guy in the back of the boat complaining. While neither of them were Russian (I don't think) my point still stands.
