I'm not sure Barhandar's translation is accurate. My Russian's pretty shaky but I take it as "Hello neighbour. I'm a dick and you're a dick. Will you find me? No - I'll kill you."

I'm not sure whether that means he'll kill you only if you find him, or if he'll kill you regardless. Either way, good luck xD.
