you'll find lots of hf in outlying areas, but a hf isnt the same as a player, never the same as a settlement How many characters were created with the sole purpose of finding a good place to settle down? and how many were abandoned when someone found a better spot?

anyway, i'm with moracin on some things. the only thing our russian neighbours have done so far is threathen and ignore any attempts at talks and negotiations. except for the guy who said he was a reviewer, but he's farther away
