The point of the game is to have fun though. If you didn't have fun making the bars, then you're right; you are wasting your time and should probably do something else.

EDIT: Actually, you would probably enjoy the life of a thief if you don't enjoy making stuff. Do that >:]

It took time to tunnel through that mine, I really enjoyed it because I was nervous of being caught the whole time! And I took my punishment fairly, didn't I? I didn't try and cheat my puutting my hearth behind a house, so I could be killed, or in a mine, so I couldn't be tracked. I left it how it was, to take the fair punishment, if caught. Plus, I figured I was in the perfect spot! Who woulda guessed that the closest person to the mine stole it!

This is true, but c'mon, that was like...a weeks worth of wrought iron :P Plus someone else has it now, and I have no idea who....

Trust me Randy, I liked mining. It's like minutature DF. Of course, you could say the theft part is like getting your caravan raided by monkeys D:

OH, so that's what you mean when you said it takes forever to mine with a stone axe.

I didn't, but that was mostly because you were still on my kin list and your actions in Clayshire. I even let you off the first time the scents led to you.

I'm pretty sure the iron and stuff is in the chests in Zdazzle's former lodgings.
In any case, does this forum drama always have to repeat itself every time this happens? The thief's dead, the items can be recovered, the thief's fun was had, and glaring inadequacies in the vault structure were found, so this certainly ended on a good note.

The theft part is very rich. Whileas most parts of the game are slow, theft is a adrenaline filled rollercoaster of hiding behind objects and watching peoples patterns to find the right time to move forth or strike. Its very awesome watching lights move around a settlement as you are behind a cabin and run towards the only opening in the vault due to the fact the time is right to get in, and all the watchmen and people don't have their eyes on its entrance.

You're getting worked up about a horribly executed robbery? Zdazzle wanted to experiment and he failed. His character is now dead and he has to start over. But wait.. are you dead? No, you aren't. So what if you lost a few imaginary items, you're still alive. Replace the items, keep building your character, and stop bitching! This is getting pathetic. :|

It's all good then, but the question remains:

Are you quitting the game?
I personally would prefer if you stay, there's not much for me to do here alone, so I'd be glad to have a distraction. If it's WI you lost, I'd be happy to provide replacements, if it's help you need, I'd be happy to lend my help.

Well, I'd really have nothing else to do in my spare time aside from writing my story, and I can only handle so much of that.
I will be making a new character though. My old ones stats are severly messed up.

In most games I like to steal everything that isn't nailed down (and sometimes even that if I can get away with it), I stole Vivecs Ash Mask from the room without taking out either of the guards in Morrowind. They were looking at me while I did it. That being said, I try to avoid stealing from other players in MMOs, because I know that it will come back to bite me in the ass later.
