If it's on a claimed land, we can't take things out of the land right? I've tried to right click on kilns and smelter there, it says the land is owned by "who". Nothing happens. Therefor how players able to steal things off others?

oh??? That is interesting, Thanks for telling me about that.

If there is a skill for thieving, then it's prefectly legal right? Maybe is there any skill to encounter the skill - thief?

I took out some major amount of bricks (39) from some Kiln to build an Ore Smelter on my first day playing Haven & Hearth (unsuccessful at the end because I needed 1 more brick and the other day I log on the building site has been destoried...

I was told later after taken out 39 bricks from random kilns (owns by no one I was thinking, since those kiln was not build on players owned land area). That I am thieving other's hard work. How can I know next time what to get and what not to get, please advice me?

Do you mean in terms of game mechanics? people's opinions? normal consciences?

Basically, there are 4 types of objects
- in someone's claim/village/etc. and/or protected by something you must destroy to get to it - you are thieving, and most of the time the game mechanics agree with you. (Not if they only had an object blocking it)
- in an area that looks like someone lives there, with a hearth fire, working tools, etc. Odds are this belongs to someone who doesn't have "yeomanry" yet, can't afford the LP to protect their whole base, or doesn't want to block public access by claiming as much land as they work. Morally, you are thieving; you are also quite likely picking on a very new player.
- in an area that someone once lived, but which has been abandoned. This can look similar to the second case, you need to think about it; being familiar with the area helps a lot
- in the middle of nowhere. In this case, the object was probably made by someone "grinding", and they don't care. Alternatively, it was lost or duplicated in a crash, particularly if it's a useful dead animal.

It's typically a bad idea to take shit you didn't make unless someone tells you it's ok... What would you do in real life if you were driving down the road and saw a pellet of bricks next to an old house that looks like no-one is living in?

Funny and true story actually, one day my dad was driving down a country road and saw a new motorbike helmet just lying in the middle of the road. No-one in sight. He stopped, checked it out, it looked pretty cool, so he chucked it in his car and drove on.

About half an hour later a motor bike with rider rode up behind him at break neck speed, got him to pull over, punched him in the face and took his helmet back.

There's probably a moral to that story somewhere

Don't roll down the window.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

Bike beats car in most races...

Not rolling down the window to an enraged bikie is inviting some serious car damage.
