You could just use a webclient.

Set your nick, then /join #Haven

Yeah webclients are good if you just need to use it fast, but if you want to use it for any longer I'd suggest a proper client.

And so that means you should automatically trust him? Are you complaining? It's supposed to be a reliable IRC client ported to Windows. I've not used it so can't speak about it's quality.

Also, when you accidentally double post, you can delete the last post you made with the "X" button next to the "Quote" and "!" report button. ;)

Thread necros: good if you have something useful to add, bad when you're just spamming.

and apparently to IRC as well.
I cannot seem to connect... I put in irc://irc.synirc.net/Haven to theIRC Server


but when it tries to connect, it gives a crapload of errors... help me?

The server is just synirc, you join the haven channel after you connect to it.
